Your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 cancellation fee if you cancel or re-schedule at least 14 days prior to your intended arrival date.  If you cancel or re-schedule with less than 14 days notice, your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days less the $25 booking fee. If we are able to re-rent for all of your reserved days but there is a difference in the $ amount, ie;the replacement reservation is less than your reservation, your deposit will be refunded less the $25 booking fee and the difference.  If you are booking 14 days or less to the arrival date, please note you ARE responsible for those reservations and the cancellation policies stated above (canceling less than 14 days notice) will still apply.  No refunds for early departure, unless we can re-rent your remaining days.  Cancellation policy for group reservations and holidays are as follows:  If you are reserving 2 or more cabins, or for a holiday or special event time, the cancellation policy is 30 days prior to your arrival date.  A one night stay will be required to confirm your reservation and payment in full will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice you will incur a $25 booking fee per cabin. Directions From The East From Eureka Springs, take Hwy 62 west to 187 South turn left (Exxon, RiverLake on the corner). Go 4 miles and take the left fork in the road (lots of signs in the fork) onto Mundell Road. Go 1.5 miles. Take a left onto Lake Forest Dr.  We are located on the left hand side of the road.  Directions From The West From Hwy 71 (I-540) at Bentonville, take exit 86 onto 62 east and go 27 miles. Go one mile past 187 north and turn RIGHT onto 187 south (you will see a large sign saying Beaver Dam). Go 5 miles on 187 and watch very carefully for Mundell Road (if you go as far as New Horizon, you've gone ½ mile too far). Take a hard switchback right onto Mundell Road. Go 1.5 miles down and turn left onto Lake Forest Dr.  We are located on the left hand side of the road.
